EAC works as an extension of client staff to deliver projects from concept through completion. Services include program planning, design development and management, construction oversight and management, program controls and management.

EAC, as part of a joint venture, is currently overseeing the Grantee’s (Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority) execution of this project. The Crenshaw/LAX Transit Project features an 8.5-mile Light Rail Transit (LRT) line extension and includes the new Southwestern Storage Yard and Rail Vehicle Maintenance Facility. Rail construction is within an existing urban area and involves many of the challenges associated with such projects – including direct interface and construction coordination with the Los Angeles International Airport, and traffic and business impacts to the local community during construction.
