EAC, as part of a joint venture, was responsible for overseeing the construction of a 14,000 square foot – two-story Bus Transit Center, featuring 19 bus bays. EAC provided technical assistance, reviewed and performed bid package analysis, and developed recommendations – as well as continuous oversight and monitoring of project status, project delivery, project controls, and ensured federal project requirement compliance.
