EAC provided engineering services associated with the roadway and infrastructure modifications for the migration of the existing Card Sound Toll Authority Tolling System from manual toll collection lanes to dedicated Electronic Toll Collection (ETC) lanes. The scope also included the coordination with the County’s Toll System Integrator.
