This project consisted of the structural design for 2,500 LF of the elevated concrete guideway for this APM system, including two cross-over units. Extensive coordination with Sumitomo Corporation of America (SCOA), the APM supplier, was an important requirement of the project, since numerous embedments, conduits, and blockouts were required in the guideway structure to accommodate the electrical systems.
