EAC is part of the GEC team and is responsible to provide Bond Covenant and Tolling Consulting services. Our approach follows the agency’s Comprehensive Project Management Program which prioritizes System Preservation, Systemwide Improvements and Capacity Improvement projects to deliver a multimillion-dollar Work Program.
