This is being done as part of the improvements to the corridor to develop a signature roadway, which will spearhead the development of this portion of the City. The project required the rehabilitation of the bridges and their subsequent improvements. The improvements included: replacement of the barriers with ornamental barriers, the addition of a sidewalk canopy, the provision of planters and flagpoles as well as ornamental lighting.
