EAC was a Prime Consultant for the Miami Dade Water and Sewer Department’s implementation of neighborhood infrastructure improvements as part of the County’s Needs Assessment Program (NAP). Supported in part by general obligation bonds, this program of projects targets various residential neighborhoods county-wide requiring upgrades to existing infrastructure to meet regulatory fire flow standards, water quality and code mandated service pressures. As prime consultant on this general engineering Professional Services contract, EAC provided planning, design and construction oversight for replacement infrastructure resulting in a fully operational system meeting all local and state jurisdictional requirements.
