The Miami-Dade Board of County Commissioners Second Budget Hearing included a line item for the Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department Rate Adjustment for FY 2021-22. As stated in a Miami Herald online article, “Rick Crooks addressed the board as part of a local association of engineers and architects and urged them to approve the fees to helping fund a $930 million budget for the Water and Sewer Department”.
