EAC is the Engineering Prime Consultant for the reconstruction of SW 9th Avenue (Franjo Road) into a future Main Street and thoroughfare for the Village of Palmetto Bay. The project purpose is to significantly improve the area’s physical conditions through infrastructure improvements and to promote future growth in accordance with the Village’s Downtown Urban Village (DUV) code. Improvements include the design of Complete Streets – Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant sidewalks and curb ramps, bike lanes, landscapes, and on-street parking.
